Our team includes a Master Pastry Chef with over 20 years of Wedding Cake designing experience and several Professional Pastry and Cake Decorators with educational backgrounds from Humber College in Toronto and George Brown College in Toronto. Cakes can be decorated with hand-made sugar, fondant or gum-paste flowers including roses, calla lilies, tiger lilies, stargazer lilies, daisies, gerber daisies, hydrangeas, cherry blossoms, phalaenopsis orchids and cymbidium orchids. Cakes can also be decorated with any colour sugar bows or sugar ribbons and cakes can be finished off with ribbon, pearls or piping details. He continued his career in Toronto in 1999 at Cake Art in Toronto, Enville Catering in Toronto and the Sheraton Centre Hotel in downtown Toronto as an Executive Pastry Chef, where he was able to enhance his skills in Wedding Cake design.
